Lake Louise 2

Our second day we went to Lake Louise in the morning
and the view was beautiful.




We hired out the canoes and paddled up to the top
of the lake and back. Definately one of my favourite memories.

and met up with Mum and Dad who had already
been there a week.

Left home in the pouring rain on Tuesday 3rd July. Flew over Greenland on our way to Calgary on the Wednesday - Thought this photo of it was pretty cool!

The Spidey Birthday!!

Before we begin the posts about the holiday thought we would update you on the 3rd Birthday that took place yesterday. Luke looks a bit miffed in the second picture as Reuben has just blown out his candles middway through the singing of happy birthday!!

But don't worry - we lit them again!!

Then a special guest appeared in honour of Luke's birthday - Reuben is in AWE!

Uncle Chris even got an autograph!!!!

( Really funny thing is - he REALLY believes he is Spider man when he has the suit on - and when he takes his mask off he says 'Don't worry - it's me - Peter Parker!!!')

New Bed

We bought Luke a new bed a few months ago! He still hasn't slept in it - this photo is purely a set up! Ducky also refuses to make use of his new bed - we think it is a joint decision between the two of them but are going into talks with Luke and the duck in the next week were we hope to all come to a suitable solution to this territorial dispute!!

Man Flu Remedies

Man flu remedy:

Hot bath with some smelly stuff then an extra long version of Goldilock's to delay bedtime as much as possible.

New Years Day Constitutional

After a tasty spicy, tomato and lentil soup made by the Ramsey's we set off to brave the cheek reddening winds of Loughshore.

We would like to take this opportunity to formally apologise to Mr Ramsey for Luke referring to him as Ramsey-Pamsey. We hope this has not caused offense and we will endeavour to prevent this from happening again in the future (although he never listens to us anyway ... just ask Andy Pandy).
