Its Spring!

Had to go back into hospital with Luke on Sunday. This time we got to go to infectious diseases ward for a few days. Got out on Tuesday afternoon with pin pricks in most veins, but much better ... he's a braver man then me. A big thanks to family in times like these ... ps. sorry for passing on the bug!

In the spirit of Easter, new life and spring ... the tiny vegetable seeds I planted two weeks are now little tiny lettuce seedlings. My first Alan Titchmarsh experiment .... very exciting (for me anyway).

Easter tummy bug

So much for avoiding easter eggs and chocolate ... Luke has ended up with a tummy bug and we haven't stopped giving him sips of coke and sugary drinks. Spent last night in casulty to get a drip as everything kept being vomitted back up ... and the blood sugars kept going down. Got out of A&E about 4am, but had to call in to the 24hr Tesco for a Ben10 watch for the brave soldier. Now on the road to recovery and lapping up the coke and sympathy.
